CHICAGO — During the course of a joint investigation, the Chicago Police Financial Crimes Unit and the 001st District (Central) 167 Tactical Team arrested 31-year-old Titus Jordache on the 0-100 block of N. Dearborn St. on December 19, 2015, at approximately 6:15 pm.
The offender was taken into custody and charged accordingly after he was found to be in possession of over 100 fraudulent debit cards with stolen PIN numbers and $44,000 USC.
The investigation is ongoing. No further information available.
